Scott McKay (Owner, Head chef)
My cooking career started as an apprentice in a Sydney restaurant the day after my final exams in high school. 4 years later, after moving around throughout a range of different fine dining restaurants, I became a qualified chef.
After deciding to combine my profession with one of my other passions travelling, I was lucky enough to travel the world, cooking in fine dining restaurants along the way. My adventures took me from North to South America, Europe, Japan and most recently to Morocco. Throughout all these countries I was able to experience local cuisines and cultures.
Now that my home is Switzerland, I would love to provide people the opportunity to enjoy my cooking, that has been inspired by my travels.
